i really enjoyed the central location, within walking distance of many attractions. the staff was helpful and always available. the breakfast buffet had a great selection , i especially liked the fresh pastries. the room was always kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff.
the noise from the street at night made it hard to sleep , even on a higher floor. i think better soundproofing would improve the experience.

long waitfaulty tap
the check-in was not smooth , i waited on the terrace for an hour without help. i had to ask for assistance myself. the bathroom tap was faulty and sprayed water , and the room lights could not be fully turned off , so i unplugged the lamps to get dark.

the check-in service and the check-out service were efficient. the front door service included greetings, and the daily breakfast service was satisfactory. the hotel staff was courteous and kept the dining room tidy. the service provided to guests in the dining room was constant.
i encountered some issues . the tv and phones did not function properly. maintenance attempted repairs several times, but the tv still did not work. i found the beds and pillows substandard for a hotel in this category.

I found the hotel staff attentive. They provided universal power adapters and umbrellas. Bottled water was replenished daily, a nice touch, and I valued the convenient taxi stand across the street. I also enjoyed tea time. The live music and singing were wonderful.
A knocking noise behind the bed woke me up around 7 AM each morning. I reported it, but a room change was offered only on the last day.

The rooftop pool and lounge area are beautiful. A Swiss chalet theme is present for the winter. It creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a day spent walking around the city.

The breakfast selection was sufficient. The hotel included a buffet, sheets, and pillows. The restaurant had nothing negative to say at all and my stay was wonderful I enjoyed it a lot.

The rooms were classy and comfortable with a good pressure shower. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was immaculate every day. They also were responsive when I called with requests, I appreciate that so much.
